Terms of service
Last updated 28 August 2026. Kendal is operated by Volveron LLC.
These terms cover your use of the Kendal app and service. By using Kendal you agree to them. They are deliberately short.
What Kendal is
Kendal is a personal assistant that helps you plan your time. She can read the calendars you connect, and create, change and remove events she has created. She will not modify or delete events she did not create.
Your account
You need an account to use Kendal, and you are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 16 years old. Do not use Kendal for anything unlawful, and do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Your content
Your calendar, your conversations and your schedule are yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. We claim no ownership over them.
Kendal is an assistant, not an authority
Kendal proposes a schedule; you decide. She can be wrong, she can misunderstand you, and she depends on services — Google among them — that can be slow or unavailable. Do not rely on Kendal alone for anything where being late or missing something would cause real harm. Keep your own record of anything critical.
Availability and changes
Kendal is in active development and currently in private testing. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We will give reasonable notice before a change that would materially reduce what the service does for you.
Ending it
You can stop using Kendal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm others. If we close your account without cause, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your data.
Warranties and liability
Kendal is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, Volveron LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant.
